In 2019, we launched the Benkadi Blood Project with a single goal:
To make safe blood products constantly available and accessible across Sub-Saharan Africa.

We began by conducting a regional analysis of the blood transfusion landscape across several Sub-Saharan African countries. Our findings revealed that a lasting solution must be built on data and coordination — leading us to develop a comprehensive blood bank information management system.
